By now you have likely received various communications from us, whether it is an email appointment confirmation, a text message reminder, or a newsletter about Mother's Day with an opportunity to win a spa treatment!

We know you are busy so we want to make sure we are offering you convenience and information that can make your life easier and not just clog up your inbox.

If you feel you are receiving too many emails from us, we understand! For that reason, we make sure it is very easy to unsubscribe at any time.

When you receive an email from us, simply navigate to the very bottom of the communication. Like most other email newsletters you may subscribe to - from Macy's, AARP, the Sierra Club or otherwise, there is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the message.

You can see the 'Click here to Unsubscribe' button above. Click that button and you're done!
