Delta Dental Notification
Dear Delta patients,
It is with regret that I must inform you I have chosen to leave Delta as of August 2020.
I have been a Delta Dental provider under Premiere PPO for the past 15 years. In the past 5 years Delta dental has eliminated Premiere PPO plan. Although the California Dental Association has pursued legal actions and won, ultimately Delta does not plan to update the fee schedules for Premiere dentists and have not done so in the past 4 years.
In order to compensate for the abrupt news, I will offer a $100.00 voucher credit per year per participating member in the family until you let us know if this change affects your patient status with us. This amount should offset the co-pay you may incur by going to a non-participating dentist like myself.
